 The Opportunity  

Reporting to the JAPAC Head of Executive and Experience Marketing, the ideal candidate will be passionate about delivering innovative and high-impact programs, with a high focus on content that engages audiences, elevates brand awareness, and drive measurable business outcomes for Adobe. 

 

The successful candidate will collaborate with teams across JAPAC field marketing, digital, communications, sales, and customer success to develop and deliver plans. You should have a talent for building relationships, working with collaborators, and influencing at multiple levels. You will lead and implement program strategies during key moments for JAPAC Enterprise Marketing with outstanding communication and attention to detail.  

 

Responsibilities:  

  • Program Management:

    • Support the initial phase of flagship programs in JAPAC encompassing large-scale in-person events, executive engagements, and virtual events.

    • Identify target audiences, forecasting impact, and driving early program planning for smooth handovers to production teams.   

    • Sync content plans with business priorities and acquire case studies to add weight to our narratives. 

    • Monitoring program performance and providing actionable insights to improve program efficiency and increase value.
       

  • Content Development:

    • Project manage event content development with internal and external production partners or external speakers, across both keynote presentations and scripting.  
       

  • Digital Integration:

    • Define digital amplification plans for flagship events that drive audience acquisition, complement in-person experiences and extend audience engagement pre-, during, and post-event. 
       

  • Field & Sales Enablement:

    • Own the frameworks and execution for sales enablement across all flagship programs

    • Define regional briefing templates, curate relevant messaging and product documentation to support pre-event briefings and post event follow up.  
       

What you need to succeed:  

  • 5 + years’ experience working on high-impact cross-channel strategies and programs, customer journeys, content strategies and working with cross-functional partners to plan and deliver

  • Track record of B2B experience. 

  • Excellent creative judgement, design awareness/ability to brief creative work into creative teams with high quality outcomes, and a data driven approach.

  • A clear point of view and ability to present data and insights to executives, partners and customers.

  • The ability to translate strategy into action and orchestrate resources to get things done.  

  • Strong commercial skills along with analytical, problem solving and decision-making skills. 

  • Ability to deal with ambiguity in a fast-paced environment, and to work independently and within a team in an always evolving industry.
