Junior Account Manager, ANZ


About the role

This Junior Account Manager role is structured as a 6-month fixed-term contract. You'll join our ANZ Account Management team to run a dedicated, proactive partner engagement program. This will involve building a regular meeting cadence with ClassPass studio partners.

The goal: connect with as many partners as possible, improve commercial terms, lift partner sentiment, and get ahead of potential churn, targeting 20 live partner meetings a week via Zoom or in person.

Job Responsibilities

  • Build and run a proactive outreach cadence targeting 20 live partner meetings per week (via Zoom or in person)
  • Identify and negotiate opportunities to materially improve commercial terms for engaged partners
  • Partner with Account Associates to hand off admin-heavy tasks, protecting time for live meetings
  • Maintain accurate, up-to-date records of partner engagement, meeting outcomes, and term changes in Salesforce
  • Support the Account Management team with Quarterly Business Review (QBR) prep for engaged partners
  • Provide partner-facing support via phone, email, and video
  • All other duties as assigned

Skills & Experience

  • A solution-selling mindset with a passion for post-sale partner relationships, negotiation, and support
  • Comfortable initiating outbound conversations and holding a high volume of meetings each week
  • A detail-oriented approach to executing tasks, with the ability to manage multiple partner relationships and projects at once
  • A team player, comfortable in an ever-changing startup environment
  • Full working rights in Australia required

  • Location: Australia remote (partner meetings via Zoom or in person)
  • Hours: Full Time
  • Duration: 6-month fixed-term contract, with potential to convert to a permanent Account Manager role
