Level Plumbing Lithgow is looking for an organised and reliable Junior Administration Assistant to join our office team.

Position details

• Permanent part-time
• 19.5 hours per week

Applicants must have at least six months’ previous experience in administration, reception or a similar office-based customer-service role.

Your duties will include:

• Answering calls and assisting with customer enquiries
• Monitoring emails and helping with booking confirmations
• Entering and maintaining customer and job information
• Filing, scanning, document preparation and data entry
• Assisting with job records, purchase orders and invoice documentation
• Providing general administrative support to the office and wider team
• Learning Simpro and other business systems


Requirements

We’re looking for someone who has:

• A professional and confident telephone manner
• Good computer and data-entry skills
• Strong organisation and attention to detail
• A reliable and helpful approach
• The ability to follow procedures and maintain confidentiality
• A willingness to learn and ask questions when unsure

Experience with Simpro, Microsoft 365, Xero or a trade-service business would be an advantage but is not essential.
