We are looking for a Senior Manager, Business Development to join our Client, Growth and Strategy team.   

The Junior Business Development Manager is responsible for contributing to the development of a pipeline of new business through inbound & outbound prospecting & qualification activities. 

The role is responsible for contributing to the growth of new business by identifying and qualifying opportunities through inbound and outbound prospecting, understanding prospective client needs, and developing tailored sales proposals. It involves executing new client deals across our suite of products as well as negotiating and closing opportunities to meet revenue targets and support strategic growth.

Responsibilities for the role include:

  • Building and managing a strong sales pipeline, ensuring prospects are engaged and progressed through the sales process to meet revenue targets
  • Coordinating inbound and outbound strategic growth activities to support lead generation and top-of-funnel development
  • Writing persuasive sales proposals and responding to RFPs, clearly articulating solution value and ROI
  • Presenting professionally to senior business and technical stakeholders, aligning solutions to their specific needs
  • Supporting due diligence and onboarding activities for prospective clients, including project scoping and costing
  • Updating, maintaining, and reporting within Cuscal’s CRM to ensure accurate tracking and performance insights
  • Collaborating with Sales Enablement to create sales journey content and campaigns aligned with strategic growth
  • Acting as a key client advocate internally, sharing feedback and insights to influence product and service delivery
  • Organising and managing logistics for events, workshops, and webinars to support client engagement and market presence

About You: 

  • Demonstrated background in B2B sales and solutions, with understanding of relevant regulatory environments. 

  • Strong understanding of relevant local and global market trends 

  • Successful experience selling technology solutions with medium-to-long sales cycles, demonstrating patience, persistence, and a consultative approach to client needs. 

  • Demonstrated track record of identifying and capturing new business opportunities, consistently achieving or exceeding revenue targets.
