About the role

The Junior Content Creator is a new role with huge opportunity. Part of the Founder’s Office and reporting to the Head of Communications, you’ll capture and share multi-platform stories that land – authentic, clear, creative, people-focused.

From shadowing executives at events to showcasing teams building game-changing tools for brokers and customers, no two days will be the same. You’ll help shape how we show up, gain access to spaces and leaders few get to see, and use the latest AI tools to create career-defining work.

Job Description

Shadow + shoot
Be the lens on leadership and teams – events, town halls, media, podcasts, day-to-day. Capture the raw and shape it into stories that land internally and externally.
 

Culture storytelling
Turn moments – milestones, product drops, broker and team wins, workplace vibes – into snackable updates and short videos for our people and our channels. Keep the company informed, aligned and inspired.
 

Social-first (platform-native)

  • YouTube: Long-form with retention in mind – episodes with leadership, brokers, buyers and industry voices.
  • TikTok & Instagram: Short-form that hooks fast and earns replays.
  • LinkedIn: Signal over noise – leadership POVs and culture pieces people save and share.

Use AI creatively
Work with AI tools across the workflow: research, scripting/outlines, clip selection, transcripts/captions, thumbnails, platform variations, content calendars and performance insights. Experiment with what’s next – and build skills future-you will thank you for.
 

Edit fast + smart
Cut for emotion, clarity and conversion. Subtitles, cutdowns, transitions, pacing – you’re all over it.
 

Podcasts + live moments
Shoot and edit multi-cam pods, sync audio, slice the gold for social. Capture events and drop same-day highlights.
 

Studio + shoot wrangler
Set up gear, manage calendars, direct talent, keep shoots on rails. Move content from “idea” to “in market” with zero bottlenecks.
 

Learn, measure, iterate
Track hooks, retention and saves. Bring ideas, test formats, double down on what works per platform.

Qualifications

  • A creator with hustle – film/media school, freelancing, running your own channel, or just never putting the camera down.
  • Comfortable shooting + editing on the fly across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube and LinkedIn – and you know the differences.
  • A Premiere Pro pro (bonus: After Effects, CapCut, podcast/audio chops).
  • Hands-on with AI creative/productivity tools (LLMs, auto-captions, clip finders, image tools, analytics).
  • Proactive, organised, unflappable. You bring solutions.
  • Independent operator who keeps stakeholders in the loop.
  • A reel, channel or portfolio that proves you can tell a story in 15 seconds and 15 minutes.
  • Nice to have: design chops (Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva) for clean tiles and thumbnails.
