About the role
We’re looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Mac Operator to assist in the rollout of government campaigns, with a particular focus on print and press formats. You'll be working on layouts for newspaper ads, ensuring all creative is accurate, compliant, and ready for publication.
What you will be doing
- Create and adapt layouts for print newspaper advertising using Adobe InDesign
- Ensure all artwork meets government brand and accessibility guidelines
- Check specs, apply final trims/bleeds, and prepare press-ready files
- Liaise with internal teams and media partners to meet deadlines
- Maintain accuracy and consistency across multiple ad formats
About you
- Proficiency in Adobe InDesign
- Strong understanding of newspaper and print production requirements
- High attention to detail and strong file management skills
- Ability to work efficiently to meet tight deadlines
- Experience working on government or regulated advertising (a bonus but not essential)
- Previous experience within a creative agency/environment is a plus!
