We are looking for an early-career Customer Success Specialist with an AI Enablement focus to join Rokt's GTM team in Sydney.
We believe in transparency, which is why we have a well-defined career ladder with transparent compensation and clear career paths based on competency and ability.
Target total compensation for this role ranges from $102,000 – $136,000 AUD, comprised of fixed annual remuneration of $95,000 - $125,000 (inclusive of superannuation), plus an employee equity plan grant. Equity grants are issued in good faith, subject to company policies, board approval, and individual eligibility.
This is a junior/graduate-level AI Automation focused Customer Success/Client Operations role focused on learning to run repeatable Go-to-Market workflows, then and turning them into reliable, AI-assisted automations - improving speed, accuracy, and consistency across Advertiser Customer Success, eCommerce integration operations, and Sales Development.
Your scope is broad by design: supporting three connected domains that power our GTM engine:
- Customer Success operations (launching new advertisers, supporting existing advertisers, reporting, operational hygiene)
- Client operations (new and existing ECommerce integrations, health checks, issue triage, data hygiene)
- Sales Development support (prospecting operations, research/enrichment, CRM hygiene)
Across these domains, you will learn the workflows end-to-end, identify where time and quality are lost, and use modern AI/automation tools like CoWork and N8N to make the best version of the workflow the default.
What You’ll Do- Learn and run core GTM workflows:
- Execute and support operational workflows across CS ops, integration ops, and SDR support
- Maintain high standards for accuracy, data hygiene, and process compliance. - Turn manual workflows into AI-assisted automations:
- Break down repeatable processes into clear steps, templates, and checks.
- Use tools like CoWork and N8N to build lightweight automation patterns that reduce manual effort while improving consistency.
- Build “guardrails” (QA steps, exception handling, handoffs) so automation is dependable. - Build operational assets that scale:
- Create runbooks, checklists, and templates others can follow.
- Improve CRM hygiene workflows (e.g., enrichment standards, field completeness, dedupe patterns, routing). - Measure impact and iterate:
- Track baseline vs improved performance: time saved, error reduction, turnaround times, adoption.
- Iterate based on edge cases and real-world feedback from GTM teams. - Partner closely with GTM stakeholders:
- Work directly with Sales, Customer Success, and Operations stakeholders.
- Act as the reliable unblocker who keeps execution moving—and improves how it runs over time.
- You can independently run key workflows with high accuracy and minimal rework.
- You’ve shipped multiple small automations/templates that are actually adopted by the team.
- You consistently improve cycle time and reduce errors without creating new complexity.
- Your documentation is clear enough that someone else can pick up what you built.
Requirements
- Tech-savvy innovator: You're excited about AI and automation, and you learn new tools quickly to solve real problems.
- Background agnostic: Your path can be unconventional. What matters is how you think, learn quickly, and deliver results. You're humble, curious, and not defined by titles or credentials.
- Analytical & resourceful: You dive into unknown areas head first, use data to drive decisions, and break problems down to first principles.
- Self-starter with ownership: You take ideas from concept to implementation. When you spot a problem, you build toward a solution and own the outcome.
- Adaptable & resilient: You're comfortable with ambiguity. You iterate quickly when something doesn't work.
- Collaborative communicator: You work well with diverse teams and can explain complex ideas simply. You handle feedback with humility and can bring others along.
