We are seeking a Junior Sales Enablement Specialist to join our Sales Operations team in Sydney.
In this role, you will contribute to the team’s data operations by handling routine data processing tasks, generating insights to support business decisions, and ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our data workflows.

Key responsibilities include:
- Performing daily data work, such as cleaning, processing, visualization, automated workflows, and maintaining data quality.
- Analyzing company performance and sales data to deliver actionable insights, reports, and dashboards; providing data support for adjustments to sales KPIs and incentive programs.
- Organizing and periodically reviewing existing SOPs and code to ensure process standardization and normalization.
- Troubleshooting and identifying root causes of data issues: liaising with front-line Sales to clarify symptoms and business impact, and coordinating with back-end Data/BO/IT teams to investigate, resolve, and validate fixes.
- Exploring and adopting AI tools to reduce repetitive tasks and enhance team efficiency.
Requirements
- Proficiency in SQL and Python with strong Excel skills (functions, PivotTables, charts).
- Proactive attitude with a strong sense of responsibility.
- Excellent communication skills with clear logic; able to convey information effectively.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Data Analytics, IT/Computer Science, Finance, Statistics, or a related field (preferred).
Preferred Qualifications (Optional):
- Internship or up to 2 years of experience in data analysis, BI, or related roles.
- Familiarity with BI and visualization tools (Power BI/Tableau).
- Experience in sales operations analysis or the financial industry is an advantage.
- Detail-oriented with a data-quality mindset (e.g., anomaly monitoring, validation, and basic unit-testing awareness); strong self-checking capability.
