Due to continued growth, we have an exciting opportunity for a motivated Junior Sales Executive to join our team in our Pyrmont office. This is the perfect entry point for someone looking to launch their career in sales within a supportive and high-energy environment.
Requirements
- Kick off sales cycles by identifying and qualifying prospects
- Connect with prospective customers through email outreach, LinkedIn and cold calling
- Work closely with Senior Consultants to book qualified meetings and take prospects through an enterprise sales cycle
- Develop relationships with prospects and uncover pain through effective questioning
- Collaborate with a wide range of departments
What we're looking for:
- A genuine interest in building a career in sales or the supply chain industry
- Strong communication skills and confidence speaking with prospects over the phone and in person
- An analytical mindset with the ability to think critically, interpret data, and identify trends
- Ability to work independently while also being a supportive team player
- Self-motivated, with a natural drive to achieve goals and celebrate success
- Previous customer service, retail, or phone-based experience (advantageous but not essential)
- Resilience, positivity, and a desire to succeed in a fast-paced environment
