Due to continued growth, we have an exciting opportunity for a motivated Junior Sales Executive to join our team in our Pyrmont office. This is the perfect entry point for someone looking to launch their career in sales within a supportive and high-energy environment.


Requirements
  • Kick off sales cycles by identifying and qualifying prospects
  • Connect with prospective customers through email outreach, LinkedIn and cold calling
  • Work closely with Senior Consultants to book qualified meetings and take prospects through an enterprise sales cycle
  • Develop relationships with prospects and uncover pain through effective questioning
  • Collaborate with a wide range of departments

What we're looking for:

  • A genuine interest in building a career in sales or the supply chain industry
  • Strong communication skills and confidence speaking with prospects over the phone and in person
  • An analytical mindset with the ability to think critically, interpret data, and identify trends
  • Ability to work independently while also being a supportive team player
  • Self-motivated, with a natural drive to achieve goals and celebrate success
  • Previous customer service, retail, or phone-based experience (advantageous but not essential)
  • Resilience, positivity, and a desire to succeed in a fast-paced environment
