Junior Software Engineer (Early Career)
Location: Sydney or Melbourne (Hybrid – minimum 50% in office)

What You’ll Do
- Contribute to the design, development, and testing of software solutions.
- Work with modern technologies across Java, Python, or .NET.
- Collaborate on projects hosted on AWS cloud platforms.
- Learn and apply Generative AI concepts in real-world use cases.
- Partner with senior engineers and mentors to deliver meaningful outcomes for clients.
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 1.5 years of IT experience.
- Background in Software Engineering or related discipline.
- Proficiency in at least one of: Java, Python, .NET.
- Familiarity with AWS services.
- Basic knowledge or curiosity about Generative AI.
- Strong problem-solving skills and eagerness to learn.
Nice to Have / Bonus Points
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science (or related field).
- AWS certification (e.g., AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner, Developer Associate, or Solutions Architect Associate).
