What you’ll do ​& Who you are

MISIÓN
Como Account Manager liderarás la relación con una cartera de clientes de empleo y bajo un enfoque de crecimiento sostenido en el tiempo y alineado a la estrategia y objetivos de Adevinta. Tus principales misiones serán :

RESPONSABILIDADES:

  • Alcanzar los objetivos asignados a la cartera de cuentas de forma sostenida en el tiempo.

  • Desarrollar relaciones de confianza con los clientes desde un profundo conocimiento del mercado y de las tendencias del sector digital con el fin de identificar sus estrategias, objetivos y necesidades.

  • Diseñar estrategias de relación con cliente y definir planes de acción para ampliar el nivel de colaboración e impulsar el crecimiento de la cuenta.

  • Disponer de un amplio conocimiento de los productos de Adevinta para poder diseñar soluciones valiosas hacia los clientes de acuerdo a sus necesidades y el desarrollo de la cuenta de forma duradera.

  • Analizar, revisar, identificar y mejorar de forma continua la entrega de valor al cliente con el objetivo de impulsar y fortalecer la relación con la cuenta.

  • Desarrollar una red de contactos extensa en la organización del cliente que permita ampliar la información e influir en el desarrollo de la cuenta.

  • Promover una actitud de aprendizaje y mejora continua tanto potenciando la colaboración con el equipo comercial así como con otros departamentos de la organización (P&T, Marketing, DATA,...)

  • Detectar tendencias y anticipar necesidades de mercado para traducirlas en nuevas oportunidades de creación de valor desde Adevinta.

  • Actuar como embajador/a de la cultura de Adevinta y demostrar diariamente los comportamientos de la organización.

  • Generar relaciones dentro y fuera de Adevinta para mantenerse informado sobre el sector y mejorar su propio nivel de influencia hacia los clientes.

COMPETENCIAS / REQUISITOS VALORADOS PARA EL PUESTO:

Si eres una persona curiosa, proactiva, te apasiona el mundo de la venta y además tienes:

  • Experiencia como Account Manager en el sector empleo o sector digital/online durante al menos 5 años, valorándose resultados en el medio plazo y el nivel de impacto a nivel de compañía.

  • Experiencia demostrable:

    • De interlocución a diferentes niveles y en distintas áreas de la organización del cliente.

    • Pensamiento estratégico, estructurado y orientado a resultados

    • Planteando enfoques disruptivos o soluciones innovadoras en la relación

      comercial con los clientes.

    • Análisis y orientación hacia la mejora continua y visión a medio/largo plazo.

    • Autonomía y capacidad para resolución de problemas.

  • Nivel alto de inglés (escrito y hablado).

  • Carnet de conducir y vehículo propio

  • Formación Superior y/o Máster en RRHH y en entornos online/digital.
