Are you a Territory Manager within FMCG or FMCH and are ready to take the next step in your career? We are looking for our next Key Account Manager who has a background in territory management who is eager to move into their next role. This is a unique opportunity to take on a position where your strategic thinking and relationship skills will play a key role in partnering with Symbion portfolio of Pharmacy Choice, Good Price, Cincottas and other state key accounts.to drive long term business growth.

What we’re looking for.

Experience in Territory Management- You have a solid foundation in managing individual retailers and or smaller accounts within a specific territory, but you are ready to expand your skill set and influence across larger more complex accounts.

Agility and adaptability: You’re quick to respond to market changes, and you are not afraid to think outside the box and take calculated risks

Strategic mindset: You see the bigger picture and understand the importance of aligning short term goals with long term growth, you’re always looking for new opportunities to drive business forward.

Commercial focus: You have a strong drive to increase sales and market share and are passionate about building partnerships with key stakeholders.

A day in the life:

  • Develop and execute tailored strategies for key accounts to deliver business growth
  • Identify opportunities for expanding market share
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key customers
  • Set and achieve sales targets and KPIs for key accounts
  • Monitor and analyse sales performance, tracking trends and making changes when needed
  • Prepare reports on account performance and forecasting sales
  • Work closely with cross functional teams to ensure seamless account management
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with key customers, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements that maximise growth.
