Responsibilities
Conduct research, observations and data analysis on existing operational processes and generate potential solutions that optimise outcomes using the process management disciplines.
• Identify specific customer needs and process inefficiencies.
• Conduct process design activities and support the development and implementation of change management plans.
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in existing processes.
• Support the removal of potential process, performance and quality bottlenecks.
• Identify risks and escalate potential risks.
• Provide guidance and support on operational and process design principles to stakeholders.
• Maintain a focus on the specific customer needs and the intended project outcomes, while supporting others to do the same.
• Adhere to the Code of Conduct. The Code of Conduct sets the standards of behaviour, actions and decisions we expect from our people.
Skills & Experience

- Knowledge of business process design techniques that encourage a critical, fresh look at key processes and focus on optimising organisational performance; ability to apply this knowledge appropriately to diverse situations.
- Challenges ineffective or inefficient business processes. Gathers data for use in the analysis of business processes. Illustrates problems, opportunities and methods for improving existing business processes. Suggests ways to reduce variation and waste in processes.
- Explains the purpose and value of business process modelling (BPM.) Names and describes specific modelling languages used by the organisation. Reads and interprets existing business processes and models. Identifies sources of information for researching BPM languages and best practices.
- Builds and maintains positive working relationships with others within and across teams. Draws on a combination of own and others' strengths and expertise to achieve team outcomes, taking responsibility where applicable. Recognises the contribution of others, providing credit where it is due. Actively leverages opportunities to learn from others, seeks opportunities to find and apply best practices and develop new skills to expand own knowledge base and increase overall team effectiveness.

- Experience in an operational high driven volume environment
- High degree of accuracy and strong attention to detail including making sound judgement decisions based on the businesses Standard Operating Procedures
- Demonstrated experience in the delivery of excellence in customer service including personal, written and verbal skills
