Job Brief:
As we prepare to launch in Australia, we are looking for a high-potential Launch Project Manager to coordinate the workstreams required to bring the business to market.

You will act as the operational hub for the Australia launch, working directly with senior leadership and coordinating legal,compliance, product, engineering, marketing, operations,customer support and external partners. This is ideal for someone early in their career who is organised, analytical and excellent at driving execution.

Job Description:

  • Own and maintain the end-to-end Australia launch plan.
  • Track milestones, risks, dependencies and key decisions.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams across product, engineering, legal, compliance, finance, operations and marketing.
  • Run weekly project meetings, action trackers and leadership updates.
  • Follow up with stakeholders to ensure deliverables are completed on time.
  • Support licensing, operational readiness, vendor onboarding and launch activities.
  • Maintain project documentation, timelines and executive materials.
  • Identify bottlenecks early and proactively propose solutions.
  • Support research, analysis, internal communications and launch planning.

Job Specification:

    What We Are Looking For

  • 2-5 years of professional experience.
  • Background in consulting, strategy, operations, project management, fintech, financial services or a high-growth startup.
  • Strong organisation, follow-through and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills and comfort working across multiple teams.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-moving environment.
  • Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving ability.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
  • Experience with tools such as Asana, Monday.com, Jira, Notion or ClickUp is helpful.

  • Nice to Have
  • Exposure to regulated financial services, fintech or licensing projects.
  • Experience coordinating international or cross-border projects.
  • Familiarity with Agile ways of working.
