Our award winning and market leading M&A group provides innovative solutions and project management for all aspects of both large-scale and smaller value corporate transactions and advises on a range of related corporate issues.

- Sigma Healthcare on its proposed $35 billion reverse takeover and ASX listing of Chemist Warehouse.
- Wesfarmers on its proposed $770 million sale of its Coregas business to Nippon Sanso Holdings Corporation.
- SG Fleet Limited on its proposed $1.2 billion take private by funds managed and advised by PEP by scheme of arrangement.
- Vocus on its proposed $5.25 billion acquisition of TPG’s enterprise, government and wholesale fixed business.
- QANTM Intellectual Property Limited on its acquisition by funds managed and advised by Adamantem Capital Management by scheme of arrangement.

About you
- At least 5+ years’ experience in an M&A or Corporate Advisory practice.
- Ambition to work on challenging matters at the top of the market.
- Strong drafting and advice writing skills.
- Strong technical and analytical skills with a practical and commercial mindset.
- An eagerness to create an exceptional experience for your clients.
