Adela has acted on many landmark transactions, including the $3.5 billion acquisition of Vocus Group by Macquarie Asset Management and Aware Super, the $3 billion acquisition of Tilt Renewables, the acquisition of AirTrunk by Macquarie Asset Management, and major PPPs, including in the social and affordable housing space.

The role will primarily involve project finance transactions in the infrastructure (PPPs, social and affordable housing and other infrastructure), energy and resources sectors, with the opportunity to support the team on other financings.

About you

We are seeking a lawyer with minimum three years post-qualification experience (PQE) or equivalent and a strong interest in project finance. While our preference is for candidates with direct project finance experience, we are also open to applicants with a property finance or general banking background who are eager to focus their career and build strong relationships with top-tier clients active in this space.

Key skills and experience include:

  • Experience in finance, with exposure to project finance highly regarded
  • Strong analytical, negotiation and drafting skills
