Who is Quantium?

Quantium is a world leader in data science and artificial intelligence. Established in Australia in 2002, Quantium is a global team of more than 1,200 people across 14 locations with a unique blend of capabilities across product and consulting services to help businesses unlock value from data and analytics. Quantium partners with the world's largest corporations to forge a better, more intelligent world.

We're ALL in on AI - transforming ourselves into an AI-native organisation while helping our clients do the same. With 23 years of domain expertise, proprietary data partnerships, and industry-leading AI adoption (90% weekly active usage).

As Lead, AI Partnerships, you'll own Quantium's commercial relationship with two strategic technology partners end to end, converting those relationships into revenue. This is a quota-carrying individual contributor role - you'll carry a partner-attributed revenue (PAR) target and drive a two-way co-sell motion, sourcing and closing opportunities both partner-led and Quantium-led. You'll be the single point of accountability across the full lifecycle: joint value proposition, partner-program tiers, joint go-to-market, internal enablement, and turning signed agreements into closed revenue

How You'll Create Impact

  • Own the partnership end to end: Be the single point of accountability for two strategic partners - the relationship, the joint plan, and the results
  • Deliver against a revenue target: Carry and deliver a PAR target across partner-led and Quantium-led opportunities, running a joint pipeline with real deals closing on both sides
  • Build the joint offer: Develop the value proposition where each partner's product and Quantium's capabilities combine into a differentiated, client-ready solution
  • Grow partner standing: Progress through partner-program tiers and specialisations to unlock funding, status, and pipeline access
  • Build capability across Client Solutions: Equip client-facing teams to sell partner-delivered agentic and AI capabilities alongside Quantium's bespoke data offerings, closing the gap between our data heritage and our AI-native future
  • Connect partners to real opportunities: Work across verticals and client-solutions teams to pursue client opportunities that leverage the partnership

The Superpowers You'll Be Bringing To The Team

  • Commercial Connector: You build trusted relationships with partner field teams and internal stakeholders alike, translating a joint plan into real, closed revenue. You know how to make the complex simple — both for the partner and the client.
  • Revenue Owner: You carry a number and you deliver it. You know how to source, progress, and close co-sell opportunities, and you bring the discipline to track pipeline and partner health with real rigour.
  • AI-Native Generalist: You don't need to be an engineer, but you have a genuine working understanding of partner products in an AI context — enough to position them credibly and pair them with Quantium's capabilities in front of a client.

Required Experience and Capabilities

  • 3-5 years in partnerships, alliances, or partner/channel sales, ideally having owned a partner relationship before
  • A track record of sourcing, progressing, or closing co-sell or partner-influenced revenue
  • A working understanding of partner products, sufficient to position them credibly and pair them with Quantium's offerings
  • Strong generalist range across commercial strategy, deal execution, program mechanics, and enablement
  • Excellent stakeholder skills, internally and with partner field teams
  • Experience in cloud/hyperscaler alliances, data-platform partnerships, or SI/consulting co-sell is highly regarded
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Commerce, Technology, or related field; MBA advantageous

What Could Your Quantium Experience Look Like?

Working at Quantium means joining the forefront of AI transformation while owning a revenue-generating partnership that sits at the intersection of our data heritage and our AI-native future. You'll have real accountability for a PAR target, real influence over how two of our most important partner relationships grow, and a direct hand in shaping how our Client Solutions teams sell agentic and AI capability.

Our AI-native approach means you'll develop capabilities that define the future of partnerships and co-sell, positioning you at the cutting edge of how technology partnerships create client value.

By Joining The Quantium Team, You'll Get To

  • Forge your path: So many of our team have moved around different teams or offices. You’ll be in the driver’s seat, and we empower you to make your career your own.
  • Find your kind: Embrace diversity and connect with your tribe (think foodies, dog lovers, readers, or runners).
  • Make an impact: Leave your mark. Your contributions resonate, regardless of your role or rank.
