Your Impact 

As a Lead Data Analyst – Insights Enablement, you’ll lead the delivery of high-quality, scalable analytics while driving consistency and capability across the team. Combining hands-on technical work with leadership, you’ll set standards for reporting, data modelling, and analytics, ensuring solutions are well-designed, governed, and aligned to business and regulatory needs.

You’ll coach analysts, support delivery planning, and act as a key point of escalation for complex challenges, while partnering with stakeholders to improve decision-making. This role plays a key part in shifting the team from reactive analytics to a more structured, enablement-led approach, helping to uplift capability and deliver sustained business impact.

A Day in the Life

• Collaborate with analysts to design and deliver dashboards, reports, semantic models, and analytical datasets using Power BI and related tools.
• Provide day-to-day technical guidance on data modelling, transformations, performance optimisation, and use of AI-assisted features.
• Support team planning and prioritisation, including breaking down work, estimating effort, and managing delivery timelines.
• Act as the first point of escalation for technical issues, troubleshooting and resolving problems across reports, datasets, and pipelines.
• Provide people leadership through regular check-ins, feedback, and support for analysts’ technical development and delivery quality

Your Strengths 

• 5+ years of experience in analytics, BI, or data roles, including technical leadership or mentoring responsibilities.
• Proven experience in analytics platforms, data modelling, semantic models, and reporting solutions.
• Proven ability to design, review, and uplift scalable, high-quality analytical and BI solutions, using automation and AI to accelerate delivery and enhance solutions.
• Strong delivery skills, including intake, scoping, estimation, prioritisation, and planning.
• Proven ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly.
