About the Role

We're looking for a tech-savvy leader who loves solving complex Data & AI challenges.
You'll be:
- Crafting innovative data solutions across AWS, Azure, Databricks, and Snowflake
- Leading talented engineering pods to deliver exceptional results
- Building strong relationships with clients as their trusted technical advisor
- Creating scalable patterns that transform how enterprises handle data
- Championing security and governance best practices
Think big-picture architecture whilst staying hands-on with the latest tech.
About You
- Deep hands-on experience with Cloud-based modern data platforms
- Rock-solid understanding of data architecture and engineering
- Proven track record of building enterprise-scale solutions
- Strong security and compliance knowledge
- Advanced SQL and Python skills that inspire others
- Natural and friendly mentor who brings out the best in engineering teams
- Experience leading agile squads to success
- Skilled at navigating complex stakeholder landscapes
- Track record of delivering results in consulting environments
- Ability to explain complex technical concepts in simple terms
- Pre-sales and solution architecture background, contributing to Proposals, Statements of Work and responses to tenders/bids
