Thanks to our recent expansion, we’re scaling up our Sales Lead Development Services – a strategic function that’s now market-leading in both Australia and the USA. To meet growing demand, we’re seeking an exceptional Lead Development Representative (LDR) to join our elite sales development team.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES | About the role

As an LDR at NEXTGEN, you'll be at the frontline of innovation, introducing cutting-edge software vendors to their next major customers. You'll be a key player in driving high-quality sales leads, representing some of the most exciting names in the tech space.

As the Lead Development Representative, you will:

  • ​Engage with senior decision-makers across ANZ via outbound phone, email, and LinkedIn outreach
  • Introduce our vendor clients’ solutions with confidence, clarity, and credibility
  • Capture intelligence and document all interactions and outcomes using HubSpot CRM
  • Report call results in a structured, value-rich format that empowers client follow-ups
  • Represent some of the world’s leading software and cloud technology vendors
