What we are looking for:
We are looking for a Lead GCP Data Engineer to join our team and work alongside a leading Australian organisation.
Initial 6 month contract + extensions. Sydney based, hybrid with 2 days per week in the office.
Skills/experience required:
- 7-10+ Years data engineering experience
- Experience leading teams of 3-5 engineers
- In-depth Google Cloud Platform (GCP) experience
- 3-4+ Years in-depth Python programming experience
- 3-4+ Years in-depth SQL experience (design patterns and strategies for processing data)
- Docker experience
- Experience with Terraform
- CICD experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
