We are seeking a Lead  Product Manager to lead product development and maximize return on investment (ROI). In this role, you will translate strategy and ideas into actionable product plans, driving successful execution from concept to launch while also leading and managing a team of product managers.

As a key product leader, you will drive cross-functional collaboration, balance business objectives with user needs, and champion innovation. You will also mentor and support junior team members, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous learning.

Responsibilities include:

  • Develop and articulate a clear product execution strategy and roadmap aligned with business objectives and the product and portfolio strategy.
  • Own and manage the product backlog and roadmap, ensuring priorities are aligned with strategic goals.
  • Stay ahead of market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscapes to identify new opportunities.
  • Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and trend assessments to identify opportunities and risks.
  • Set and track key product KPIs and success metrics to measure impact and inform decision-making.
  • Influence senior leadership and cross-functional teams with data-driven insights and compelling narratives.
  • Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, customer success and sales teams to ensure seamless execution.
  • Act as the primary liaison between business, technical, and design teams, ensuring alignment and clear communication.
  • Oversee the entire product lifecycle, from concept, design, and development to launch and post-release optimization.
  • Oversee the customer discovery, user research, and data analysis initiatives to continuously improve the product.
  • Gather feedback from customers, sales teams, and support teams to refine product direction.
  • Identify pain points, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement in existing products.
  • Ensure product managers and cross-functional teams operate effectively and efficiently, proactively identifying and removing roadblocks as needed.
  • Serve as a role model and mentor for junior product managers, sharing best practices, insights, and guidance to support their growth and career development.
  • Foster a culture of collaboration, experimentation, and continuous learning within the team.
  • Lead by example in decision-making, prioritization, and strategic thinking.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in product management, preferably in the SaaS space, with highly desirable prior experience in the Testing and Quality Engineering industry.
  • Proven track record of launching and scaling successful products.
  • Strong experience in agile methodologies, sprint planning, and backlog management.
  • Expertise in data-driven decision-making, user research, and analytics tools.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions.
  • Experience working with engineering teams and understanding technical constraints.
  • Ability to define and execute product strategies that drive business growth.
  • Ability to anticipate potential challenges and proactively develop solutions.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
  • Strong presentation skills - able to clearly articulate product vision, strategy, and key decisions.
  • Deep empathy for users and a passion for delivering intuitive, delightful, and high-impact experiences.
  • Experience conducting user research and customer feedback analysis.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt quickly to change.
  • Strong execution skills-delivering products on time, within scope, and with measurable impact.
