Overview of the Role

We are looking for a collaborative and strategic Lead Solution Engineer to help our customers reimagine their entire revenue lifecycle. In this role, you will be a trusted advisor to major enterprises, guiding them through complex digital transformations that connect their sales, finance, and customer success teams.
When you join our Sales team, you will be part of the group bringing the first generative AI for CRM with Einstein GPT to life. Responsibilities
  • Conduct collaborative discovery workshops to deeply understand customer business challenges and design revenue solutions that make their operations more transparent and efficient.
  • Create and deliver inspiring demonstrations that showcase the power of automated pricing, quoting, and billing to audiences ranging from IT architects to CFOs.
  • Successfully partner with internal business leaders and account teams to design technical strategies that help our customers achieve business value faster.
  • Act as a mentor and critical bridge between sales and finance stakeholders, sharing your knowledge to help the broader ANZ Revenue Cloud practice grow.
Required Qualifications
  • Six or more years of experience in enterprise software sales engineering, revenue operations, or finance transformation where building trusted relationships was key.
  • Deep understanding of the Quote-to-Cash lifecycle, including experience with pricing strategies, subscription management, and billing cycles.
  • Three or more years of hands-on experience with Salesforce Revenue Cloud products or similar platforms like CPQ and Billing.
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to translate complex financial architectures into clear, value-driven stories for executive leadership.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Salesforce CPQ Specialist or Revenue Cloud Consultant certifications that demonstrate a commitment to continuous learning.
  • Familiarity with financial systems such as NetSuite, SAP, or Oracle ERP and how they integrate into a customer's revenue ecosystem.
  • Experience in diverse industries like manufacturing, high-tech, or SaaS where complex pricing and billing needs are common.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities while managing multiple high-impact projects with empathy and a collaborative spirit.
