We’re seeking a Lead Product Designer who can operate at both strategic and executional levels. In this role, you’ll shape product vision, define the direction for complex systems, and deliver high-quality experiences from early exploration through launch. You’ll partner with executives, collaborate closely with product and engineering leaders, and work across squads to create scalable, use centered solutions.
What You’ll Do:1. Strategic Design Leadership
Own end-to-end design for major product initiatives.
Translate user insights into clear product direction and scalable UX.
Collaborate with product and engineering leaders to define and communicate long-term vision.
2. Cross-Functional Collaboration & Influence
Present design direction through compelling storytelling, visuals, and narrative artifacts.
Align executives, product leaders, and delivery teams around shared goals.
Facilitate discussions that clarify scope, tradeoffs, and user needs.
Influence product strategy beyond your immediate team and help shape org-wide experience standards.
3. Mentorship & Process Ownership
Mentor junior designers and model effective cross-functional collaboration.
Raise the overall quality bar and help mature our design processes.
Establish documentation practices and quality checkpoints across the design workflow.
4. Execution & Visual Design
Create storyboards, high-fidelity mockups, prototypes, and system diagrams.
Explore new patterns, tools, and industry trends to guide design decisions.
Manage multiple projects while maintaining clarity, pacing, and high design quality.
6–10 years of experience designing complex, user-facing products.
Expert in Figma and modern design workflows.
Experienced leading design critiques and providing constructive feedback.
Strong in systems thinking, information architecture, and process improvement.
Comfortable operating in both enterprise environments and fast-paced startup ecosystems.
A strategic thinker who is hands-on, collaborative, and growth-oriented.
Experience leading or evolving design systems.
Worked on multi-pillar, cross-product initiatives.
Familiarity with AI-driven workflows or complex data systems.
Used storytelling, vision prototypes, or future-state concepts to drive organizational alignment.
