The opportunity

Support Executive Leadership Learning & Development

Are you a highly organised person with a passion for leadership learning and development? We are looking for a Leadership & Talent Coordinator to join the Group People team.

Your new role

Reporting into the Senior Manager Enterprise Leadership and Talent Development, this critical role will see you manage logistics, scheduling, and administration to ensure executive leadership development programs and experiences run smoothly. Attention to detail is essential, as you will be supporting with the management of high-level stakeholders and development programs.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone beginning their career in leadership and talent development or learning.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the implementation and delivery of leadership and learning programs

  • Collaborate with learning and development professionals to deliver program experiences aligned with strategic priorities

  • Coordinate and manage multiple in person, virtual and digital learning programs

  • Monitor and oversee analysis of leadership program effectiveness, including reporting on participation and engagement

  • Document key processes and identify opportunities to streamline operations

  • Respond to queries and communicate with senior leaders

The interview process will consist of 2 interviews.

About you

As a professional with a keen interest in learning, development and leadership, you’ll bring knowledge of learning interventions and operations within a broad and diverse corporate environment. You’ll demonstrate an aptitude to think outside of the box, designing and delivering creative solutions that support the delivery of seamless development experiences. You also possess strong engagement skills, with an ability to consult with a range of stakeholders.
