The Leadership Manager plays a pivotal role in designing and delivering Rest’s first fund level Leadership strategy, directly aligned with the fund’s strategic objectives and the learning strategy and competency framework set by the Head of Organisational Capability & Performance.
This role leads the development and execution of leadership programs that build future-focused capability, uplift performance, and foster a culture of inclusive and continuous learning. It manages the full learning lifecycle, from needs analysis and stakeholder engagement through to solution design, delivery, facilitation, and evaluation.
The role drives leadership solutions that are human-centred, digitally enabled, and scalable, leveraging data insights and modern learning practices to maximise impact, elevate the employee experience, and reinforce consistency and expectations around Leading at Rest.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a multi-tiered leadership framework supporting career progression, succession planning, and performance.
- Design and deliver impactful leadership experiences using modern learning methodologies and digital platforms.
- Partner with senior stakeholders to integrate leadership into business planning and change initiatives.
- Facilitate high-impact sessions and workshops across all leadership levels.
- Leverage data and insights to assess capability gaps and continuously improve programs.
- Ensure compliance with financial services regulations and governance standards.
- Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources, Education, Business, Psychology or related field.
- Postgraduate qualifications or certifications in leadership development, coaching, psychometric profiling or organisational development highly regarded.
Required experience, understanding or credentials including:
- Demonstrable experience in leadership development, organisational development, or capability roles.
- Proven success in designing and delivering enterprise-wide leadership programs.
- Strong facilitation and coaching skills across all leadership levels.
- Experience in regulated environments (e.g. financial services) preferred.
- Proficiency in digital learning platforms and tools (e.g. LMS, Articulate 360, ServiceNow, Adobe Suite).
- High-level stakeholder engagement and project management capabilities.
