Position Overview:
The Learning and Leadership (L&L) Adviser plays a crucial role in supporting the delivery of learning initiatives alongside the L&L team. This opportunity is offered as a 12-month contract, based in Sydney, reporting directly to the Senior Manager, Learning & Leadership.
The Adviser is responsible for coordinating logistics and assisting with the development of learning materials, resources, and participant communication. The position requires active involvement in the implementation of learning programs, stakeholder engagement, and maintaining an exceptional participant experience. This diverse role is well-suited for candidates who thrive in managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee project management for learning and core national programs (including clerkship and graduate programs), encompassing evaluation and reporting activities.
- Coordinate and facilitate local clerk and graduate orientation sessions as appropriate.
- Prepare internal communications for key stakeholders, develop presentations, and produce participant materials as needed.
- Proactively manage and update the national programs calendar, liaising with vendors and suppliers regarding venues, facilitators, and related arrangements.
- Manage all logistical aspects for participants, including travel and accommodation arrangements for interstate staff.

- Outstanding communication and organisational abilities.
- Excellent attention to detail and advanced problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
- Qualifications in Adult Education, Human Resources, Organisational Behaviour, or Psychology (preferred).
- Previous experience in a similar capacity advantageous.
