Job Description
This role will focus on fostering individual and leadership capability development and creating progression pathways that support organizational development initiatives to enhance workforce capabilities. This involves partnering with leaders and employees to identify learning needs, design and deliver learning programs, prioritising development that supports growth of a high performing culture.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in HR, Education, Organisational Development, or related field.
Additional Information
Needs Assessment & Strategy:
- Partner with managers and executives to understand learning needs and align initiatives with business goals.
- Develop and implement learning and development strategies and programs with priority on programs that support a high-performance culture.
- Build a Capability Framework and ensure embedded into the employee lifecycle.
- Create tools and templates supporting leadership and professional development.
- Conduct needs assessments to identify gaps in skills and knowledge.
Learning Program Design & Delivery:
- Coach and support teams to integrate learning into daily operations effectively.
- Lead the design, facilitation, and management of comprehensive learning programs.
- Design, develop, and deliver engaging and effective learning programs.
- Facilitate workshops, training sessions, and other learning activities.
- Utilize various learning methods and technologies (e.g., online learning platforms, simulations).
- Create and maintain learning materials and resources.
Talent Development & Succession Planning:
- Support talent development initiatives, including coaching, mentoring, and leadership development programs.
- Participate in talent mapping and succession planning processes.
- Develop and implement individual development plans.
Organizational Development:
- Support organizational development initiatives, such as change management, culture change, and engagement programs.
- Advise on and implement strategies to improve employee performance and engagement.
Data & Reporting:
- Track and analyse learning program effectiveness.
- Provide data and reports to stakeholders on learning outcomes.
- Identify areas for improvement and continuous development.
Stakeholder Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Provide expert advice and support to managers and staff on learning and development matters.
Other Potential Responsibilities:
- Manage learning management systems (LMS).
- Stay up to date on current trends and best practices in learning and development.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of the organization's people strategy.
