Our Learning Operations Hub plays a key role in supporting HR in enabling them to deliver learning solutions that contribute to our goal of achieving a +30 NPS.

By fostering a culture of learning, the Learning Content team contributes to employee engagement, talent retention, and overall business success, ultimately ensuring that CBA remains competitive and agile in a rapidly changing world.

Your Role

As a Learning Content Consultant, you will be responsible for managing the learning content utilised by the CBA group and maintaining and uplifting quality assurance standards. You will consult on solution concepts, design, and technology for learning solutions. You will support in the development and design both face-to-face and digital learning tools, such as eLearning modules, videos, infographics, audio/podcasts, animations and communication materials.

This role reports directly to the Learning Content Lead.

Your Responsibilities

The role includes, but is not limited, to the following:

  • Data-driven process optimization
  • Create and Maintain Quality Assurance standards of Learning across the group
  • Maintain currency in evolving learning content and practices to ensure contemporary and fit-for-purpose learning resources.
  • Review, refine, and adjust learning content, materials, and resources based on quality assurance and Subject Matter Expertise feedback.
  • Understand your role and team’s risk and controls profile, responsibilities, and apply non-financial risk management practices through effective oversight, governance, and controls to identify and mitigate non-financial risk.
  • Collaborating with our Learning teams, Subject Matter Experts and stakeholders to provide guidance on efficient design solutions.
  • Help to drive the performance focussed and outcomes driven learning revolution within CBA. 
  • Delivering on our customer aspiration by displaying a continuous improvement, innovation and a customer obsessed mind-set.
  • Utilise data and feedback to inform metrics and leverage these to support continuous improvement efforts, in partnership with the PO & Working With Agile Lead.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to organize sessions, and ensure that necessary training is assigned.
  • Manage vendor relationships and handle invoices.

Your Skills and Experience

  • Experience in learning and development (L&D) with a solid understanding of adult learning theory.
  • Strong problem solving abilities, proactive approach and mindset.
  • Experience with Articulate authoring tools (Rise, Articulate) and experience or keen interest in emerging learning technologies.
  • Strong proven experience in supporting, consulting and challenging key stakeholders in implementing strategic goals
  • Proficiency in creating and updating digital learning artefacts.
  • Demonstrated experience in designing and developing digital learning solutions and programs following an agile methodology.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including an ability to build and manage relationships and collaborate effectively. 
  • We are looking for a learning design professional with exceptional instructional design experience and content development skillsets.
