As a Learning Coordinator, you will coordinate the delivery of leadership programs across a variety of sectors to enhance participant, supervisor and facilitator engagement; streamline operational delivery; optimise program processes; and create a positive experience for all stakeholders (including Nous, our clients, partners, associates and suppliers). This includes participant management, coordinating of venues and materials, scheduling, feedback collection and sharing, data management and reporting. You'll work in a high-energy environment that values diversity, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

This is a 2-year contract role with opportunity to extend.

The role:

  • Coordinate the delivery of cohorts including offers for enrolment, participant and supervisor onboarding, scheduling of activities, responding to facilitator/coach and participant queries, managing participants pathways through programs and reporting.
  • Partner with clients and Nous associates to set up programs on Learning Management Systems, administer assessment tools, schedule sessions and share feedback.
  • Proactively identify opportunities and resolve challenges, working closely with the Program Management Office.
  • Support with other program activities, including evaluation, marketing, communications and design of new processes.

You will:

  • Have lots of variety and challenges along the way but the mix will vary depending on the demands of the business at the time. You will use your dynamic administrative skills, initiative, and problem-solving abilities to keep things running smoothly.
  • Provide executive project support (expense processing, travel bookings etc.) and liaison with senior stakeholders, scheduling, proof-reading, document collation and preparation).
  • Work collaboratively with the national Defence and Organisational Performance & Leadership teams within Nous.
  • Be highly proactive, demonstrate initiative and be prepared to go the extra mile.
  • Balance working in the team in a highly autonomous environment.
  • Be capable of working with good humour and charm in a fast-paced environment.

And the practical experience:

  • Experience in a team environment, where you have been required to juggle multiple tasks at one time and prioritise workload on the go.
  • Superior attention to detail and organisational skills.
  • Well-developed problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in the use of MS Office suite of products.
  • Previous Project coordination, EA or PA experience is desirable.
