Purpose of your role
OFX is in a period of significant transformation, and building our Learning & Development capability is critical to supporting our people to perform through change. As part of a newly established L&D function, the Learning & Development Specialist will play a key role in rapidly delivering practical, commercially-relevant learning solutions that enable our teams to perform with confidence and consistency. This role suits someone who thrives in fast‑moving environments, brings a strong sense of urgency, and is able to balance quality with pace.
What you do
Agile Learning Design & Delivery
- Rapidly scope, design and develop learning solutions using a minimum viable product (MVP or 80/20) approach.
- Create clear, concise and practical content across a range of modalities (for example Articulate 360, Seismic, Sharepoint, interactive PDF).
- Iterate solutions quickly based on feedback and business outcomes.
- Simplify complexity and focus on high‑impact delivery.
Stakeholder Engagement & Influence
- Build trust and social currency with leaders and subject matter experts.
- Operate like an internal account manager with proactive communication.
- Shape learning needs through strong discovery and business insight.
- Influence decisions with clarity and credible recommendations.
Project Management & Execution
- Manage multiple learning initiatives simultaneously.
- Own timelines, risks, dependencies and milestones.
- Maintain delivery momentum through clear project rhythms.
- Deliver learning solutions aligned to commercial needs.
Learning Operations & Continuous Improvement
- Collect and interpret learner feedback and data.
- Track adoption and impact of learning initiatives.
- Maintain learning systems and platforms for optimal usability.
- Contribute to L&D processes and standards as the function matures.
What you bring
- 3–5 years’ experience in Learning & Development or other business-related fields.
- Experience delivering learning solutions at pace in fast-moving environments.
- Strong instructional design and content creation capability.
- Stakeholder management and influencing experience.
- Project management capability, ideally with agile exposure.
- Proficiency with LMS platforms and learning tools.
- Strong writing, communication and visual design skills.
