The opportunity

This role provides an excellent opportunity for someone who is committed to empowering employees, leaders and teams to reach their full potential. In this role you will facilitate and deliver learning interventions to employees in the home market (AUSPAC), consulting with internal and external stakeholders to identify learning needs, design solutions, and programs for professional and leadership development.

Your new role:

Working alongside the Senior Manager, Leadership and learning, you will facilitate and deliver impactful leadership and learning sessions. You will analyse training feedback data to provide actionable insights and comprehensive reports. Collaborating with Group Learning, our People Team, internal SMEs and external vendors you will help design and customise learning solutions, while continuously looking for ways to evaluate and improve facilitation methods to enhance learner engagement and impact.

Other responsibilities include:

  • Design and deploy learning solutions in alignment with the Global People Strategy.
  • Manage the learning calendar, including forecasting and scheduling programs.
  • Facilitate high-quality learning experiences and seek feedback for continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders and vendors to ensure quality delivery of programs.
  • Measure the impact of learning and monitor the success of initiatives.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders and demonstrate strong facilitation skills.

About you:

To be successful in this role, you will have proven experience facilitating various learning programs across a range of audiences, fostering a productive and motivated learning environment. You will have proven experience partnering with global and local learning teams to deliver outcomes consistent with global and local strategies. You will have exceptional verbal and written communication skills. Your strong analytical skills enable you to interpret feedback data, provide compelling insights and producing sound recommendations. Additionally, you are proficient in creating and delivering reports with clear narratives on learning outcomes and areas of improvement.

You will have:

  • Experience in designing, developing, and implementing learning and leadership development programs, including instructional design and facilitation.
  • Track record of translating global and local People ambitions into tangible and relevant learning outcomes.
  • Commercially focused and pragmatic approach to delivering learning/career development and improved employee experience outcomes.
