About the business/role/team

Working with the Head of Change, you will lead the development and delivery of training plans to support the transformation program.  You will initially be focused on uplifting the Bank’s risk management practices, including designing and implementing a range of training materials, workshops, e-learning modules and system support collateral. 

The Program’s Risk Stream is implementing a three lines of accountability model for risk, introducing new risk management standards and strengthening risk governance across the Bank.  You will also provide learning support to the other streams of work in this high-profile program. 

About the role

  • Use a structured approach to develop and execute training strategies and capability plans

  • Design interactive digital courses using e-learning tools (e.g., Articulate, Adobe Captivate).

  • Facilitate workshops and deliver face to face training

  • Prepare materials to build awareness and understanding of new risk policies, frameworks and standards

  • Work collaboratively with all members of the program team to ensure the Bank is able to effectively meet its objectives under both reviews.

  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to create impactful learning materials.

  • Evaluate program effectiveness through feedback and data analytics.

  • Stay ahead of e-learning trends to implement best practices in digital training.

     

About you

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Education, Instructional Design, or a related field.

  • Proven experience in e-learning course development and digital training management.

  • Significant experience delivering face to face training

  • Expertise in LMS platforms and e-learning authoring tools.

  • Strong communication, leadership, and project management skills.
