As a Legal Administrator, you will provide legal and administrative support to our Legal & Contracts team, working closely with the Senior Lawyer and Contracts Manager. You will play an important role in reviewing standard commercial agreements, supporting supplier and counterparty onboarding, coordinating KYC documentation, and ensuring our contract management processes operate efficiently.

This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career legal professional or recent Law graduate looking to gain hands-on experience in an international, fast-paced Financial Services environment.

Your EDGE Assignment/You Will
  • Review, mark up, and process standard-form contracts, including Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs), vendor agreements, and other low-risk commercial contracts under the supervision of the Senior Lawyer.
  • Respond to Know Your Customer (KYC) and entity documentation requests from financial counterparties and suppliers by coordinating with internal stakeholders to gather the required information.
  • Support the onboarding of new suppliers and counterparties by collecting documentation, coordinating approvals, and ensuring onboarding requirements are met.
  • Assist with contract lifecycle management, including renewals, expiries, terminations, and offboarding activities.
  • Maintain and update contract registers, legal matter trackers, KYC records, and onboarding logs.
  • Coordinate electronic signature processes using DocuSign.
  • Support legal document management and filing activities.
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders to collect information required for contract reviews and onboarding.
  • Identify and escalate complex legal or commercial matters to the Senior Lawyer for review.
  • Provide general administrative support to the Legal & Contracts team as required.
Are you the one?
  • 2–4 years' experience as a Paralegal, Legal Assistant, or in a similar legal support role involving commercial contracts and NDAs.
  • Fresh Law graduates with relevant internships, placements, or practical legal experience are encouraged to apply.
  • Experience working within a law firm or an in-house legal team.
  • Excellent attention to detail with strong organisational skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to prioritise tasks, manage deadlines, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and eager to take ownership of responsibilities.
  • Strong administrative and time management skills.
Nice to Have
  • Experience within Banking, Financial Services, FinTech, or other regulated industries.
  • Exposure to regulatory documentation or working with financial regulators.
  • Experience supporting supplier onboarding, KYC, or corporate governance activities.
  • Familiarity with contract management systems and DocuSign.
  • Adaptability and willingness to learn in a dynamic global business.
