As our Legal Counsel, you’ll work closely with the Senior Legal Counsel's, providing expert legal support across multiple jurisdictions. Your Role
As Legal Counsel, you will:
- Assist in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a variety of commercial contracts.
- Provide legal support on corporate and commercial matters, balancing risk with business objectives.
- Work closely with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure compliance with evolving regulations.
- Support risk management initiatives and strategic decision-making.
- Gain exposure to cutting-edge legal issues in global markets where regulations are still developing.
About you
You'll bring:
- 4+ years of corporate and commercial law experience, with at least 1 year in private practice.
- Strong experience in contract drafting, negotiation, and ensuring compliance with legal and business requirements.
- A proactive, problem-solving mindset with the ability to navigate ambiguity.
- Business acumen and the ability to provide commercially sound legal advice.
- A keen interest in innovation and the intersection of law, crypto, and gaming
