  • Most importantly, can help grow a thriving Australian start-up into a globally recognised market leader.

Skills and Experience Required:

  • 3-5 years PQE and be admitted to practise as a solicitor in Australia with a current practising certificate.
  • Strong experience in a well-regarded law firm and/or in-house business.
  • Experience dealing with commercial/SaaS contracts, intellectual property, and Australian labour law is a bonus (but not essential).
  • Exposure to US commercial/SaaS contracts beneficial
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills and sound judgement in managing complex and sensitive matters.

By joining our team of Willowers, we offer true flexible working arrangements, remote and/or hybrid as well as parental leave available for those budding families.

But it is not all about us – it’s about you and the world around us. Willowers can dedicate up to 3 days a year to causes they love or level up through our Willow Academy. Psst…we’ve got your back with cool discounts on shopping and services too.
