About the role:

We’re constantly innovating and have big plans for the upcoming financial year. As a Lifecycle Marketing Executive you’ll be an integral part of our Customer Marketing team to help bring our lifecycle strategies to life across both tradie and homeowner audiences.

As our next Lifecycle Marketing Executive, you’ll be empowered to re-shape how hipages engages our tradie and homeowner audiences. You won’t just execute on briefs, you’ll bring the customer voice to the table, work with our teams on strategies that activate, engage and retain, and bring those to life across critical programs of work.

This role reports to our Senior Customer Marketing Manager and offers a full-time, hybrid opportunity.

How you will add value:

  • Execute and optimise lifecycle programs across tradie and homeowner audiences, using an omni-channel approach (email, push, in-app).
  • Translate briefs into action, crafting engaging messages and customer-first experiences across our owned channels.
  • Support go-to-market initiatives with clear, consistent communications that drive product adoption, customer activation and retention.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure campaigns are aligned and effective.
  • Champion the customer, bringing their needs into campaign strategy, creative execution, and channel selection.
  • Write copy that converts - from lifecycle comms to one-off campaigns - and help coordinate creative assets including email templates and in-app messages.
  • Use a test-measure-learn approach to experiment with content, incentives, cadence, and formats, always aiming for smarter performance.
  • Monitor and report on campaign effectiveness, using data and insight to inform future iterations.

About you:

  • 3+ years of customer marketing experience - automation, lifecycle comms, multi-channel initiatives and personalised campaigns 
  • A customer-first mindset and proven copywriting chops, you know how to tell a great story that drives action.
  • Hands-on experience with marketing automation tools like Braze or Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
  • Comfort working cross-functionally, especially in fast-moving squads or cross-discipline teams.
  • Experience with customer journey mapping, campaign execution, and reporting.
  • An eye for detail and bonus points for basic design (Photoshop) or HTML skills but we’ll support your growth if you’re still building in these areas.
  • A love for learning. Whether you’re sharpening your existing skills or exploring new ones, you’re open, curious, and up for the challenge. Understanding of lifecycle/customer marketing and important moments within it
