Join Dexus as a Listed Investor Relations Analyst and play a key role in shaping how we engage with the investment community. You’ll collaborate across teams to drive innovation, respond to investor queries, and represent Dexus in select meetings and property tours with broker analysts and institutional investors, alongside the Head of Listed Investor Relations.
The Opportunity
As Listed Investor Relations Analyst, your key responsibilities include:
Supporting the Head of Listed Investor Relations to deliver a successful IR program
Attending property tours and a small number of broker and investor meetings, and capturing summary notes
Coordinating with internal teams to prepare Q&A documents and respond to broker and investor queries in a timely and professional manner
Assisting with internal reporting, ASX materials, and verification processes
Upholding confidentiality and meeting compliance and training requirements
About You
Tertiary qualification in Commerce or Finance.
Strong interest in equity capital markets and real asset markets.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Highly numerate and confident interpreting financial statements.
Strong attention to detail and a proactive, collaborative attitude.
Problem-solving mindset with the ability to think creatively.
Ability to work independently, manage deadlines and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
