And now, we’re looking for a LMG Marketing & Communications Executive to help power the engine.

  • Social and digital content
  • Campaigns, email marketing and internal comms
  • Multi-channel GTM campaigns for new products and services

  • podcast production and amplification
  • B2B marketing storytelling
  • HubSpot/Salesforce workflows and marketing ops support

You’ll work directly with senior marketers, product teams, lending external partners, events, and network engagement. It’s rare exposure for this level and you’ll learn by doing, not watching.


What you’ll do -

Think of this role as the engine room of our content and campaign flow. You’ll help:

  • Bring the LMG story to life across LinkedIn, Instagram, website, email, and our podcast channels
  • Coordinate multi-channel campaigns for products, services, events and major network moments
  • Keep content calendars, workflows and publishing schedules humming
  • Support internal comms, helping keep our network informed, aligned and inspired
  • Build and schedule content, upload assets, and ensure everything runs smoothly
  • Maintain clean, accurate marketing systems across HubSpot and Salesforce
  • Prepare simple packs, assets and updates for key stakeholders

It’s hands-on. It’s varied. And no two weeks look the same.


What you’ll bring -

  • 2–3+ years in marketing, comms or digital execution
  • A love for creating content and telling simple, human stories
  • Confident writing shortform, clear and warm copy
  • Someone who loves being organised and making things run smoothly
  • A collaborator who plays well with lots of stakeholders (and knows when to ask for help)
  • A self-starter who leans in, asks questions, and wants to get better fast
  • Bonus points for HubSpot, Salesforce or B2B experience
