About the Role

The Loading Dock Services Coordinator is responsible for the safe, efficient and professional operation of the loading dock and associated logistics services. This role is the primary point of contact for deliveries, dispatch, mail handling and parking coordination, ensuring the smooth movement of goods, vehicles and contractors throughout the facility.

Working in a customer-focused environment, you will liaise with internal stakeholders, contractors, couriers and visitors while maintaining a high standard of safety, security and service delivery. This position requires excellent organisational skills, attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Duties include but are not limited to

  • Coordinate all goods receival and dispatch activities.

  • Manage loading dock operations to ensure safe and efficient traffic flow.

  • Provide valet parking services for senior executives and authorised visitors.

  • Coordinate contractor, visitor and operational parking requirements.

  • Safely operate a forklift for loading, unloading and movement of goods.

  • Receive, process and distribute incoming and outgoing mail.

  • Operate mail screening and X-ray detection equipment in accordance with procedures.

  • Current unrestricted Australian Driver Licence

  • LF Forklift Licence (desirable)

  • Previous experience in loading dock, logistics, warehouse, mailroom or facilities operations.

  • Strong administrative & Computer skills with excellent attention to detail.

  • High level of customer service and professional communication skills.

  • Ability to work independently while managing competing priorities.
