About The Role
As the Logistics Manager you oversee the safe receipt, storage and dispatch of our Products, while engaging and inspiring a team of Distribution Centre employees to exceed expectations, ensuring they deliver a remarkable customer experience each and every time.
What You’ll Do
There is no typical day as our customers are your priority and their needs vary, however you thrive on exceeding their expectations. You will ensure that labour requirements are forecasted and planned, transport capabilities meet needs, and stock movements both inbound and outbound are controlled in a cost effective and efficient manner within budget expectations, aligning to our operational standards. Your priority is time management, driving the Distribution Centre team making sure every product gets to its destination at the agreed day and time, in perfect condition.
