The Opportunity
We have an exciting opportunity for a Logistics & Planning Executive to join our team supporting the Australia and New Zealand markets. You will be an integral contributor to our operational excellence, ensuring a reactive, flexible, and cost-effective logistics service to our stores while optimising inventory in both quantity and quality.
Key Responsibilities
•    Oversee end-to-end supply chain and logistics operations, ensuring full compliance with import, export, and customs regulations
•    Partner with customs brokers and internal teams to streamline processes, optimise costs, and align with Brand strategy
•    Develop and maintain domestic transportation procedures, driving continuous improvement across service, cost, and efficiency
•    Monitor inbound and outbound shipments, verify invoices and freight charges, and manage shipment documentation
•    Maintain accurate stock movement records, support stocktakes, price changes, and store rebalancing activities
•    Liaise with Regional Supply Chain to support product replenishment, seasonal launches, and merchandise planning
•    Serve as the key point of contact for stores on logistics, supply chain processes, and sold order management
•    Work in partnership with internal departments and external parties to understand, anticipate business needs and provide most efficient solutions  
•    Develop, maintain, and execute local transportation procedures and proactively identify inefficiencies and implement initiatives to improve service, cost, and efficiency 
•    Oversee and monitor operational procedures to ensure market compliance in partnership with Retail Operations team
•    Performs analysis of monthly Logistics key performance metrics (transportation costs, delivery time, storage costs. etc.) to ensure best rates and service
•    Assist the Logistics and Distribution Manager as needed with the special projects and implementations
About You
•    5+ years' experience in retail logistics
•    Experience with international logistics and freight, including knowledge of CITES requirements
•    Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
•    Excellent analytical and financial acumen with the ability to influence outcomes
•    Proactive, solutions-focused, and comfortable working in a fast-paced luxury retail environment
