Job Summary

Wedded Wonderland is seeking a Luxury Travel Consultant to deliver high-touch, concierge-level travel support for destination weddings, milestone celebrations, and their guests. This role supports complex, multi-party travel arrangements in collaboration with senior luxury travel specialists, wedding planners, venues, and global travel partners.

The position requires precision, professionalism, and availability across weekends and holidays to ensure uninterrupted support during live wedding and travel periods.



Key Responsibilities

Travel Coordination and Research
  • Support the coordination of travel itineraries for destination weddings, honeymoons, guest travel, and post-event extensions

  • Assist with accommodation, transfers, and experience arrangements aligned with wedding and celebration schedules

  • Ensure all travel components are accurate, date-aligned, and appropriate for group and event-based travel

  • Execute travel arrangements based on approved designs and plans prepared by senior luxury travel specialists



Client, Guest, and Planner Communication

  • Communicate professionally with guests, planners, and partners via WhatsApp, email, and phone

  • Deliver calm, discreet, and culturally sensitive support to international and high-expectation clients

  • Assist guests with travel-related inquiries, logistics clarifications, and itinerary updates

  • Maintain professionalism when supporting emotionally sensitive events such as weddings and celebrations



Operations and Issue Management

  • Monitor active travel bookings and guest movements during assigned shifts

  • Proactively identify potential conflicts or risks related to dates, rooming lists, arrivals, and transfers

  • Resolve standard travel issues independently and escalate complex matters to senior specialists when required

  • Maintain high responsiveness and accountability during weekend and holiday operations



Administrative and CRM Support

  • Accurately log bookings, guest details, notes, and communications in internal CRM systems

  • Maintain organized, client-ready documentation including itineraries and confirmations

  • Coordinate internally on billing support, confirmations, and operational follow-ups

  • Ensure all records remain complete and current throughout the wedding or celebration lifecycle



Supplier and Partner Coordination

  • Coordinate with hotels, transfer providers, and local service partners to support approved travel plans

  • Represent Wedded Wonderland professionally in all supplier interactions

  • Support relationship continuity between planners, venues, and travel fulfillment partners

  • Maintain awareness of key destination wedding and luxury travel locations globally




Requirements

Job Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in luxury travel, travel coordination, concierge services, hospitality operations, or related roles

  • Proven experience supporting complex itineraries and group travel

  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills

  • Comfortable managing communication across WhatsApp, email, and phone

  • High attention to detail when preparing guest-facing itineraries and documentation

  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities

  • Availability to support weekend and holiday operations as required

  • Experience supporting premium or high-expectation clients


Nice to Have
  • Exposure to destination weddings, events, or luxury travel environments

  • Experience working with international clients and distributed teams

  • Familiarity with CRM systems or travel coordination platforms

  • Background in hospitality, concierge services, or executive support


This role focuses on execution excellence, experience protection, and operational precision within a luxury weddings and celebrations ecosystem.
