Join Our M&A Team

We’re looking to connect with experienced M&A lawyers who are interested in doing thoughtful, high-quality work as part of a collaborative and supportive team.

Our Corporate Advisory group advises on complex and high-value transactions across a range of sectors, including public and private M&A (including private equity), equity capital markets, joint ventures and corporate governance. We work closely with clients on significant strategic matters and value clear, commercially grounded advice.

You’ll play a meaningful role in leading transactions, building trusted client relationships and contributing to a team that values diverse perspectives and shared goals.

 About You

  • Significant experience in corporate law, with substantial exposure to public and/or private M&A transactions
  • A strong track record of leading complex transactions and managing meaningful client relationships
  • The confidence and judgment to take ownership of matters and guide clients through strategic decisions
  • Highly developed drafting, analytical and advisory skills
  • Deep technical expertise combined with pragmatic, commercially focused advice
  • A collaborative, team-oriented approach and a commitment to mentoring others
