We’re looking for a Machine Learning Engineer to help redefine how search works in real estate. You'll play a supportive role in developing the intelligence behind our search ranking and relevance models, leveraging machine learning techniques to improve how users interact with our platform. What You’ll Do:

  • Deliver ML-driven Insights – Design, build, and optimize machine learning models that power our core search ranking and relevance systems, ensuring users find the most relevant listings effortlessly.
  • Support Personalization Efforts – Contribute to the development of recommendation algorithms to tailor search results based on user behavior, preferences, and intent.
  • Learn Data Pipeline Development – Assist in creating and maintaining ETL pipelines to process large datasets, supporting real-time search intelligence.
  • Leverage the Latest in AI – Apply state-of-the-art techniques in NLP, deep learning, and reinforcement learning to enhance search relevance, query understanding, and ranking.
  • Deploy & Optimize in Production – Assist in taking ML models from experimentation to production using AWS, Docker, and scalable systems.
  • Collaborate Across Teams – Work with engineering, product, and data science teams to implement search-driven experiences and ML solutions.

What You’ll Bring:

  • Educational Background – BS/MS in computer science, statistics, mathematics, or related fields.
  • Foundational ML Knowledge – Basic understanding of machine learning concepts, algorithms, and their applications in search or recommendation systems.
  • Technical Skills – Proficiency in Python and SQL. Familiarity with machine learning frameworks like TensorFlow or PyTorch is a plus.
  • Data Processing – Basic experience with data processing and analysis techniques.
  • Eagerness to Learn – Strong desire to learn and apply new technologies and ML techniques in a real-world setting.
  • Communication Skills – Ability to clearly communicate technical concepts and collaborate effectively with team members.
