What's the role about?
The Enterprise Managed Services Coordinator is responsible for managing Assurant’s existing corporate clients, and the products and services offered through the Managed Services product stream in Australia.
Additionally, they are responsible for building and maintaining positive, ongoing relationships with existing clients, as well as identifying new opportunities for profitable growth and maximising revenue, specifically via improvements in Operational efficiencies and in-market program optimisation.
The role is also responsible for identifying new clients and vendor relationship opportunities and continuing to grow Assurant’s brand and reach as the market leader in Managed Services for Telecommunications & Mobility in Australia.

Project Based Account management and Operational coordination of the Managed Services offering for Assurant’s Enterprise, Education and Government customers including:

Device Trade-In Program

Transitions/Onboarding Program

Mobile Accessories Program
-
Fleet Management Program
-
Pre-Sales Support & Post Mobile Service Port Support growth

Onsite Support provision of Mobile Data Collection, SIM & Device Staging, porting assistance and consultative operational support for Telecommunications end mobility customers.

Leadership and development of the Managed Services team to maximise efficiencies in operation, creating a ‘costs down, revenue up’ process across all Managed Services offerings.

Coordinating logistics of trade-in devices across Australia and liaising with internal Operational stakeholders to ensure an optimal trade-in experience for Assurant’s partners and end mobility customers.
