Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the development of financial strategies to optimise business performance.
  • Analyse financial statements, market conditions, and credit risks to assess financial health.
  • Identify risks and opportunities using financial modelling and data analytics.
  • Evaluate financial systems, structures, and processes for efficiency and compliance.
  • Engage with stakeholders to discuss financial performance and operational improvements.
  • Provide strategic recommendations based on financial analysis.
  • Develop improvements in financial reporting, credit risk assessment, and investment strategies.
  • Implement financial policies, risk management frameworks, and process enhancements.
  • Prepare and present financial reports, forecasts, and insights to senior management.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and industry standards.

 Skills & Experience Required

  • At least 1 year of experience in a similar role
  • Proven experience in financial analysis, credit risk assessment, or corporate finance.
  • Expertise in business process improvement and financial consulting.
  • Proficiency in financial modelling, data analysis, and performance evaluation.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and change management experience.
  • Knowledge of regulatory compliance, risk management, and corporate governance.
  • Familiarity with financial reporting tools, accounting software, and business intelligence platforms.
  • Ability to provide strategic recommendations based on financial trends.
  • Experience with digital transformation in financial operations.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel, financial databases, and Office 365 Suite.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Qualifications

Bachelor degree preferred
