Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the development of financial strategies to optimise business performance.
- Analyse financial statements, market conditions, and credit risks to assess financial health.
- Identify risks and opportunities using financial modelling and data analytics.
- Evaluate financial systems, structures, and processes for efficiency and compliance.
- Engage with stakeholders to discuss financial performance and operational improvements.
- Provide strategic recommendations based on financial analysis.
- Develop improvements in financial reporting, credit risk assessment, and investment strategies.
- Implement financial policies, risk management frameworks, and process enhancements.
- Prepare and present financial reports, forecasts, and insights to senior management.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and industry standards.
Skills & Experience Required
- At least 1 year of experience in a similar role
- Proven experience in financial analysis, credit risk assessment, or corporate finance.
- Expertise in business process improvement and financial consulting.
- Proficiency in financial modelling, data analysis, and performance evaluation.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and change management experience.
- Knowledge of regulatory compliance, risk management, and corporate governance.
- Familiarity with financial reporting tools, accounting software, and business intelligence platforms.
- Ability to provide strategic recommendations based on financial trends.
- Experience with digital transformation in financial operations.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, financial databases, and Office 365 Suite.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Qualifications
Bachelor degree preferred
