Join the Knowledge Management Department as Manager of Analytics Centre of Excellence!

Are you passionate about analytics and technology? Do you have a knack for leading communities and driving modernisation? We are looking for a dynamic leader to join us as the Manager of Analytics Centre of Excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to solve complex analytics and technology issues and to implement innovative solutions to enhance our analytics capabilities.

  • Own and deliver training programs and awareness events such to uplift data and analytics literacy across the Bank.

  • Lead cross-functional teams and facilitate and nurture the business coding and analytics communities across the organization. 

  • Maintain and develop a robust technology roadmap for analytics and data.

Qualifications:

  • Strong technical background in analytics and relevant technologies.

  • Proven track record of influencing and leading cross-functional teams and delivering enterprise-wide outcomes without necessarily having formal authority.

  • Experience in designing and delivering training programs.

  • Passion for community engagement and experience in organizing events.

  • Strategic vision and experience in technology roadmap development.

  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
