Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with stakeholders to solve complex analytics and technology issues and to implement innovative solutions to enhance our analytics capabilities.

Own and deliver training programs and awareness events such to uplift data and analytics literacy across the Bank.

Lead cross-functional teams and facilitate and nurture the business coding and analytics communities across the organization.

Maintain and develop a robust technology roadmap for analytics and data.
Qualifications:
-
Strong technical background in analytics and relevant technologies.
-
Proven track record of influencing and leading cross-functional teams and delivering enterprise-wide outcomes without necessarily having formal authority.

Experience in designing and delivering training programs.
-
Passion for community engagement and experience in organizing events.
-
Strategic vision and experience in technology roadmap development.
-
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
