Our Commodity Price Risk Management (CPRM) team works to match hedging activities to pricing activities to protect our margins. We want coverage that protects our margins until the next pricing opportunity. In this role, you help the CPRM team analyze the commodity market and develop best-practice tools to forecast market prices.
How you will contribute
You will conduct monthly commodity analyses using the latest supply and demand data and best-in-class market price forecasts. These analyses will be used to help the CPRM team develop price risk management coverage strategy decisions. Based on the data you collect and the analyses you conduct, you will improve constraint optimization to develop new, future-focused price models and long-range price forecasts. In addition, you will track the CPRM team's KPIs

Salary and Benefits:
The expected base salary range for this position is $84,500 to $105,650 CAD depending on several factors such as experience, skills, education, and budget. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible to participate in a highly competitive bonus program with a target of 8% with the possibility for overachievement based on performance and company results. Mondelez also offers several generous employee benefits (some subsidized or fully paid for by the company), including health insurance, wellness and family support programs, life and disability insurance, retirement savings plans, paid leave programs, education related programs, and enhanced vacation and holiday entitlements. - Econometric modeling or statistical tools (e.g., Python, R, or other relevant software)
- Make-or-buy analysis and end-to-end market assessments
- Strong analytical and communication skills in an international setting.
