The Manager at Partners in Performance leads consulting engagements, ensuring delivery and collaboration while coaching a team. Requires strong analytical skills and T1 consulting experience.

Partners in Performance Managers play the critical role of leading our engagements. They are adaptable and comfortable working in business improvement, strategic sourcing, capital portfolio optimisation and commercial due diligence in a genuinely broad range of clients and industries across the ANZ region. Leading a team of Senior Associates, Associates and/or Business Analysts you will ensure engagement delivery and collaboration, coaching and management of the client also. You won't be handing over your work, but will be in control of an end to end process.

- Demonstrable experience of management in T1 consulting. Ideally with industry operational experience
- Passion for solving complex business problems and collaborating with client teams to achieve results
- Able and enthusiastic to travel and work with local client teams in urban and remote regions.
